Like last year before Rally Mexico Eurolamp World rally Team had a training camp in Portugal. A todo list of that training was very tough despite Mexican experience that the team had gained last year.

The main goal was to switch to gravel surface. Without taking into account the last race of 2015 season in Britain, which was rather mud race, and wet training in Estonia before British race, the crew worked last time on dry gravel in September. So it was five months ago.

Moreover it must be reminded that the team is still studying WRC spec of MINI and Rally Mexico will be the first gravel race on that car.

Unfortunately some technical matters did not allowed to perform full training program. So the work will continue in Mexico
