Valery Gorban and Sergey Larens overcame the last three special stages of Rally Sweden without any problems and thereby they issued the first finish of new crew of Eurolamp WRT.

During two passages on 21-kilometers special stage Likenäs Gorban and Larens were on 17th and 22th positions in the stage classification. On the last stage of the race, 16-kilometers Power Stage, they occupied 19th place. Ultimately Ukrainian-Estonian duo kept for themselves 20th row in the race classification of second round of World Rally Championship.

«Our team worked out the race well enough! What about the crew?.. In my opinion, the driver and the co-driver did their work not as good as they could. But we know the ways how to improve the level of our duo. But totally it was great winter race and great start of season for us», — said Valery Gorban after the finish of Rally Sweden.

Sergey Larens was satisfied with the race too: «I can’t keep in my positive emotions. I  liked everything in the race. And the main thing is that the whole team and the car worked extra reliably and concerted and without any issue. I am very glad of the start of our season!»

The next start of Eurolamp World Rally Team will be on Rally Mexico. The 3rd round of World Rally Championship will take place from March 9 to March 12.
