Eurolamp World Rally Team is going to skip 2018 World Rally Championship. But there is no reason for the Ukrainian team’s fans to worry about – 2018 rally season will be very intense for them. And the one starts this weekend.

“We put our WRC participation on hold. We’re taking this step in order to reach a balanced approach to the issue of car choosing, which we’re going to use on the start stages of the World Championship in future. So, we’ve decided to make our pause active in effort to neither crew nor team haven’t lost their sporting form”, said Valerii Gorban, Eurolamp WRT driver, shared team’s plans for the season.

“During this year we will take part in all events of Estonian Rally Championship. It is a great series which has first rate roads, high level of event maintenance, high level of rivals competitive. So we are sure the season will be very intensive and interesting. So for both us and our fans there will not be any chance to be bored because lack of actions!”

2018 Estonian Championship includes seven events. Four rallies will be shared with Latvian championship and two of them will take place in Latvia. Moreover Estonian championship will be opened by an event in Latvia – Rallijs ALŪKSNE, which is scheduled on January 19-20. Nearly 100 crews will take part in the rally.
