On Thursday evening in Poland seventh stage of World Rally Championship had been started. Rally Poland was opened by a short spectacular super special stage on Mikolajki Arena.

The 63 crews have taken the start and all of them overcome the first 2,5 kilometers of the race without serious problems. The participants gave the nice show of pair heats for fans. Unfortunately, the beauty of the performance was spoiled for Ukrainian fans. Because of fuel system disruptions MINI Cooper WRC of Valery Gorban and Vladimir Korsia suffered from a lack of power, especially in corners, so that affected the crew result.

After the first special stage Eurolamp WRT crew occupied 27th row in the intermediate general classification of Rally Poland and penultimate, 14th position in WRC category.
